Custom Laser Engraving

What materials do you engrave on?   

• wood, leather, acrylic.

Can you engrave glass? 

• Currently I can not engrave on glass but can chemically etch it.

How long will it take to do my project?   

• I ask for 1 month lead time for new projects. This gives time for us to communicate until the design meets your satisfaction. Usually projects are done far quicker but do not order last minute.

I am having a wedding and have a lot of ideas for invitations, decor, keepsakes, gifts. I would like them made to my design. Can you do that? 

• I can help you with all those projects as long as you  have the rights to use the design.  I will not make Disney, NFL and other copywritten/trademarked items.

I saw an item that you make but it had nowhere for personalization. I would like to add a name. 

•  I can change most designs to include an area for personalization or an attached banner level with your personalization.

What shipping company do you use. Can I expedite shipping? 

• I use a variety of companies to help you get the best rate. You may expedite shipping but keep in mind this only expedites the shipping company, NOT my processing times.  Rush orders will cost extra and must be approved ahead of time. 

Can I return my item? 

• Customized items can not be returned. You will have signed off agreeing to the product ahead of time.  Other items can be returned and refunded. (you pay return shipping). There are no partial refunds. After the returned product is in my hands I will refund the item cost minus shipping.

Can you etch a picture I send you? 

• Yes, I can make highly detailed etching of photos.
